EDGE DELIVERS IN DECEMBER
The holidays are arriving early this year, and you'll be ready to cut open your gift boxes! We were able to hit all the early benchmarks of our production timeline, and provided the air shipment is not delayed, we will begin sending out EDGE rewards within the next two weeks! We are so grateful for your support and happy to deliver one month in advance.

When EDGE arrives to our warehouse, we will send out a 48 hour BackerKit email which gives you the opportunity to check and finalize your shipping addresses. We will be then prepare shipping labels and e-mail tracking numbers. There are still a few backers who have not filled out their surveys. Don’t delay your rewards! EDGE mass production begins, Matte Black APEX Pen, Backerkit Reminder

Hi Backers,
We received a mass production sample of EDGE and it's perfect! We were able to keep the original, unique 3-pin screw design on the top side while also using TORX screws on the pocket-clip side:
We have approved this sample and mass production is underway. We are still on schedule to deliver in January 2018, but will deliver earlier if possible. We have made some changes to our retail packaging sample and will share more in our next backer update. The packaging changes will not affect the delivery timeline.

There are still 62 backers who have not yet confirmed their rewards and add-ons on BackerKit. If you have not already done so, please follow the instructions below:

5. Most importantly, please carefully review your shipping address and phone number. We need your confirmed shipping address information to move forward. You are welcome to change your address anytime, but we need you to confirm your current, complete address now. We’ll send a final notice 48 hours before shipping starts so you can double-check and make any last-minute changes.

Funds have been released by Kickstarter and production is moving forward on ZeroHour EDGE!
BACKERKIT INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: You must use BackerKit to confirm your rewards, add-ons, and shipping addresses. Without this information, we can't send your rewards! You should have already received an invitation email from BackerKit. If you haven’t received an email, please follow the steps 1 & 2 below. Everyone else will start at step 3.

EDGE campaign closed! Production begins soon.

Hey Backers,
The ZeroHour REBEL campaign closed with 982 backers and $68,468 in pledges! We’re excited to deliver a superior micro pocket knife to our Kickstarter community.
BACKERKIT
We intend to have a speedy production and delivery process, but we need your help. In about 10-14 days, you will receive an email from BackerKit. You will be able to confirm your pledge reward and shipping address, and add additional ZeroHour products at special Kickstarter rates.
Please be on the lookout for this important email! We are depending on you to complete your information to ensure timely delivery of your rewards. We’ll also send an update when BackerKit invitations go out.
S-CARABINER
Regarding the custom S-Carabiner, we didn’t quite hit that final stretch goal, but we want to make it available to our backers. We are working with the manufacturer now to confirm pricing details for this add-on, but are trying to keep it super low-cost for our backers.
PRODUCTION READY
We have completed the various adjustments and upgrades we discussed in previous updates, and are moving forward with production as soon as possible. Here are photos of our latest prototype:
Notice that we have decided to include both a flip tab and a thumb knob! We recognized that there was a diversity of opinion and felt that the best option would be to keep both features. Use whichever is most comfortable for you - we like them both.
Also check out the TORX screws on the pocket clip side of the knife.

Stretch Goal Achieved - Pocket Clips for Everyone! + Final Week Stretch

Hey Backers,
We have continued to gain support for EDGE, crossing the $50K stretch goal which means all backers get a pocket clip! We will include the pocket clip with each EDGE reward, and are planning to have it pre-installed on each unit so you’ll be ready to go out of the box.
If you plan to carry EDGE without a pocket clip, or prefer a different way to carry it, we’ve got you covered. We want to offer as much flexibility as possible, so we have two further announcements to make:
TORX SCREWS
Initially, we designed the screws on EDGE ourselves, and our intent was to create a special tool to operate them when needed; however, for your convenience, we have decided to go with standardized TORX pattern screws instead. The design of the screw itself will still be unique to EDGE, but the center will be a TORX (star) pattern that is compatible with widely available tools.
If you’d like to remove the pocket clip (or take the knife apart), you can grab a TORX screwdriver from us or from any hardware outlet. Still working on the exact screw #/size, which we’ll get to you soon.
FINAL STRETCH GOAL: S-CARABINER AT $75,000!
We are producing a quick-release S-Carabiner for EDGE! We were planning to offer it as an add-on, but as motivation for any last-minute backers out there, if we can pass $75K, we will give all backers a ZeroHour S-Carabiner!
There are only 7 DAYS remaining, so keep this campaign on the cutting edge by spreading the word on social media, upgrading your reward to a set, and giving this post a like to let us know you’re on board.
